Instructions and for Player registrations
Below are all of the forms you will need to fill out and submit to us. Forms for players 1-5 can be printed and submitted in person on one of our in-person registration dates listed at the bottom of this page or sent to us at  [email protected]. For 5, these documents must be presented in person at one of our in-person registration dates. 6. In addition to the above forms, the International Little League requires parents or guardians to present the participants birth certificate and three documents verifying home residence in Long Branch OR one document supporting school enrollment. in Long Branch.
